I had the best experience with BrainX Tech! Very professional and patient to work with! I was also educated on a lot and learned a lot while this project went on! They’re a great team to work with and very trustworthy, they’re even available to help after the job is done! I would recommend this great company to anyone looking for quality and professional work to be done! They were very flexible in making changes to my liking and satisfaction through the process!

The whole BrainX team was outstanding at many levels: communication, patience, expertise and going the extra distance to make sure the client was satisfied. I can only recommend them for their professionalism, competence and discipline. They never failed to meet deadlines and reach landmarks. They also kept all development within budget. They are also very thoughtful and kind individuals. If there would be more than 5 stars to show our level of appreciation and satisfaction they would have them right away!

The plugin was flawed from the start with students being timed out during tests. Tests scores not displaying correctly. In Summer 2021, we learned the structural foundation is flawed and is costing us a fortune to host. Each time an individual student pulled up a test question, the plugin would send an ajax call back to the server. There was upwards of 23,000 ajax calls a minute. We were hit with overcharges and high costs for hosting. We can not scale. When we tried to talk to BrainX, Adeel and M about finding a solution. We asked them to sit in on a meeting with our hosting company to see if there was a possible solution.

M's response was:

With "see i told you so" ????????????
Why would i want that!!??

Which kind of sums up the ego on the developer. My response back was:

@M, no one is rebuking anyone. What we are trying to do is reduce the ajax requests together as a TEAM. Sometimes more brains are better than 1.


After meeting with WP Engine and realizing that the plugin was going to require some serious revamping, the pretty much told us they can't work with use any more. They promised to provide an architectural map of the plugin so we could find someone else to work with. Never provided it. We are out over 15K with a plugin that is useless.. Since they are an overseas company, we have no recourse. I would NOT trust then with your money.
